Manual disconnector:

After receiving the switching order, the operator and supervisor shall jointly confirm the position and opening and closing status of the disconnector.

The operator opens the lock of the disconnector, pulls out the switch pin and inserts the operating rod.

Quickly pull the disconnector operating rod clockwise or counterclockwise to open and close the switch in place. The operation shall be accurate and rapid, the opening and closing shall be in place at one time, and there shall be no stopover and impact in the middle.

The disconnecting switch operated by the main switch blade and the grounding switch blade respectively must be opened and closed in the following order: when closing, the grounding switch blade shall be disconnected first and then the main switch blade shall be closed; When disconnecting, disconnect the main knife switch first and then close the grounding knife switch.

After the operation, confirm the opening and closing status of the disconnector.

Electric disconnector:

Operate on the protection measurement and control panel

Turn the "remote / local" change-over switch of OCS disconnector of protection measurement and control panel to the proper position.

Press the disconnecting and closing buttons of the catenary to start the operation. Press the red button to switch on, and the red button is on; Press the green button to open the brake, and the green light of the button is on.

After the operation, confirm that the indication of the indicator is consistent with the state of the disconnector.

Electric operation on mechanism box body

Open the mechanism box of OCS disconnector and turn the operation change-over switch to LOC position (REM is "remote" position, LOC is "local" position and man is "manual"

Operate on the opening and closing buttons. The red button is closing and the green button is opening. After the operation, check and confirm that the opening and closing indicator of the corresponding feeder protection measurement and control panel is consistent with the state of the circuit breaker.

Manual operation of the mechanism box body

Open the mechanism box of OCS disconnector and turn the operation change-over switch to man position.

If the control circuit has power, you can directly pull down the baffle of the hand hole on the right side of the mechanism box, insert the "operation handle" into the "hand hole", and open and close according to the mark.

If there is no control power supply, insert a small cross screwdriver into the small hole at the upper left side of the manual baffle, then pull down the manual baffle and insert the "operation handle" into the "manual hole" for operation. Clockwise is closing and counterclockwise is opening.

After the operation, confirm the opening and closing status of the disconnector.

The switch shall be locked in time and personnel shall be evacuated.

During operation, wear insulating boots, insulating gloves and safety helmet.

It is strictly prohibited to switch the disconnector on load.

The transmission mechanism of each disconnector must be locked.
